Minecraft Name:
Splitshell
Total Playtime:
Approximately 190.5 hours as of 20th June 2017, 1943H
Votes for the server:
70
About Me:
I am an avid builder and aspiring redstoner. I truly, sincerely believe in helping all those that need it - except if they're disgustingly rude and arrogant. Then maybe not ;P Another main objective I have in playing Minecraft is to create structures, buildings, accommodations or machines that are both incredibly complex and increases convenience for players involved, and are genius in concept - and yet being able to modify them so as to remain aesthetically pleasing to look at. Redstone contraptions in my opinion are usually messy and bulky, but if their circuits are well hidden they make a fine addition to any house.
Why I deserve the rank:
At the risk of praising myself, I think I've accomplished a decent amount of progress in terms of builds and resource-gathering, and also done my best to help out anyone in need of something... The new guys that come on the server are usually quite lost, I'd suggest giving them a book/have a sign to direct them to xSoap's Five Basic Needs, then randomtp, and also explaining to them that we are mainly a survival building server, like how Radellife helped me when I myself first joined. It's rather demotivating when you first join and feel so lost, with all the massive structures and facilities around and with other members of the server too busy to pay attention to you.
Also, as mentioned in the guidelines:
> Your comprehensive ability to cope with problems on this server.
I'd have had trouble with the 12 mobs per chunk cap on the server, as it severely limits the ability to conveniently acquire meat and leather from animals/cows. It also stops the breeding of villagers. I'm attempting a workaround solution to have less breeding mobs, and utilise greater land space instead.
Other than that, I do not perceive any other problems that are present on this server. Mods and Admins are friendly (well, most of the time) and reasonable, everyone's helping everyone out, seems all good to me.
> How much you know about this game.
I'd think I'm quite well-versed in all the common aspects of the game, as a lot can be learnt just by reading the Minecraft Wiki. I'm however still doing my best to learn more about niche areas such as complex redstone. Also, I'm not very experienced about The End as I've not yet accessed it myself, not even in Single Player mode, but I've done my bit of reading to understand the general gist of it. It sounds fun.
Why do I need /fly for (Only for Adept & above):
Not Applicable
Last words (optional): Scooby stop spying on other people's private messages, it's rood. :PPP
